Following on from my article about kids helping you to cook, this weeks’ meal plan has some easy recipes that kids will love to help with – and eat!
Monday – Kids Cook Tuna and Sweet Potato Fish Cakes
Tuesday – Spaghetti Bolognese*
Wednesday – Honey and Lemon Chicken
Thursday – Lamb and Mint Pitta Burgers
Friday – Sweet Chilli Con Carne with Corn Bread
*Tip – include diced celery, carrots, onion, and finely chopped chick peas and dry-frozen chopped spinach in the sauce. It makes the meat go further and adds nutritious extras. Shhh don’t tell the kids!
